To find a specific class or group, use the search box and press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard to update the list.
Clicking Class name or Group name will alphabetise the list accordingly. In the Groups section of the menu you can also sort by clicking Creator, Modified or Pupils.
Click the name of the class or group and then click Show assessment to open that specific class or group assessment record.
If you wish to view which pupils are in a class or group, click View class or View group to see the list of pupils.
Once you have selected a class or group you will be taken to the Assess page. You can switch between the different pupils to see their individual assessment records by using the dropdown menu:
Please note: on the Choose page the Download class report / Download group report buttons become available when a class or group is selected. One pupil in the class or group also needs to have completed at least one activity or questionnaire to generate.

Reassessing, Accessing, or Deleting a Pupil Assessment
If you would like to create a new assessment for a pupil who is in a class or a group, access a previous assessment or delete an assessment, go to the Assess page and click the dropdown menu highlighted by the red box below:
You can create as many assessments for a pupil as you wish, and these will remain available for the length of your subscription + 2 years after your subscription has expired.
Please note that the SNAP Maths activities are only available in the first assessment you create for pupils in a class or group. For subsequent assessments the activity menu will look like this on the Assess page:
Once pupils have completed the activities as part of their initial assessment there is no need for them to take them again. Their progress can be tracked using the Fluency Boosters, questionnaires, School Strategies and via in-class assessment and observation. More information about the Fluency Boosters can be found here.
The questionnaires are available to re-take with every new assessment, and more information on these can be found here. The questionnaires are a way to track how pupil’s Maths skills and feelings about Maths are improving.
You can return to an assessment by choosing from the options within the dropdown menu. If you are looking to compare assessments, take a look at our article on reviewing pupil progress here.
If you want to delete an assessment, a dialogue box will appear which allows you to choose which assessment you would like to delete. You then will need to confirm the deletion.
Please note: deleting an assessment is irreversible.
Please note: if you do not renew your SNAP Maths subscription, you will have access to all the class and group assessments you have created for 2 years. You will not be able to create any new assessments or generate any new reports.
For data protection reasons, after 2 years Hodder Education will automatically delete your SNAP Maths pupil data if you do not renew your subscription.
