Reviewing and Editing Test Assignments

Introduction

You can review an interactive test to find the test code and URL and check the assigned learners. You can also edit the assignment to change the assigned learners, add or remove extra time, and show or hide the test timer. 

If no learners have taken the assignment yet then you can also delete it outright. Removing learners from an assignment or deleting it altogether will restore the unused interactive test credits to your account. 

Editing an Interactive Test Assignment

1. Log in to Boost Insights. 
2. Click Assign: Tests, Surveys, and Interventions.
3. Select a test suite. This doesn't need to be the same as the assignment you'd like to edit.  
4. Click the assignment you'd like to edit on the interactive test calendar. 
5. On the right you will see the code and URL your learners need to log in to the test. Scroll down to see the learners assigned to the test or quiz and their completion status. 
6. Use the gear icons to grant or remove extra time to learners or show or hide their test timers. Click + Add Learner(s) in the top right to add more learners to the assignment, or click the Delete Learner icons in the right-hand column to remove them. Click Delete in the bottom left to delete the assignment altogether.
7. Click Save in the bottom right once you're happy with your changes.
