The Test Code Doesn't Work for Any Learners
If the five-digit test code doesn't work for anyone, you might be using the wrong code. For help finding the test code for an assignment, click here.
Another possibility is that you're using the wrong test taker URL. You can check the correct URL at any time by clicking the Test Taker URL icon in the top right corner of Boost Insights (second from left).
The Test Code Doesn't Work for Certain Learners
If only one or a handful of learners are having trouble with their five-digit test code, make sure they're not typing it incorrectly.
It's also possible that they're using the wrong test taker URL. You can check the correct URL at any time by clicking the Test Taker URL icon in the top right corner of Boost Insights (second from left).
A Learner's Name Doesn't Appear After Entering Their Date of Birth
If a learner's test code is accepted but their date of birth doesn't return their name, it's possible that they weren't included on the original assignment. For help reviewing the assignment and adding new learners if needed, click here.
If the learner does appear on the test assignment, click the Admin Hub icon in the bottom left and go to Pupils > With Access, then find the learner's name and check that their date of birth is correct.
If the date of birth is incorrect and the learner was added to the system manually, the Access Coordinator can double-click their record to correct it.
Alternatively, if the learner was synced via your MIS, you'll need to correct their date of birth in the MIS update their record in Boost Insights.
