Introduction
There are two ways to give your staff and learners access to your Hodder Education Magazines subscriptions.
The easiest option is to generate your shared access link. The shared link allows users to access your eMagazines subscriptions instantly, without having to log in or manage their credentials. It can be accessed at school and at home.
Alternatively, you can register staff and learners with individual logins.
There is no difference in functionality between the two options.
Generating Your Shared Access Link
Log in to Hodder Education Magazines and click Generate Shared Link in the top right, then Copy so that you can paste it elsewhere.
You can distribute the link to your colleagues and learners as you see fit: via email or by posting it to your virtual learning environment/online board, for example.
To log in and generate the shared access link, you must be a registered member of staff with full access to your school's Hodder Education Magazines account. Speak to your Access Coordinator if you need to be registered or granted full access.
If you don't know who your Access Coordinator is or they've left, contact the digital support team.
Linking to Articles Directly with the Shared Link
When users access the shared link, they will be taken to the main homepage by default.
If you would like to link a user to a specific article instead, they must access the shared link first, then follow the link to the article.
