SNAP allows you to track a pupil’s progress over time and to assess the impact interventions are having.
You can reassess pupils as many times as you want, but you can only compare three assessments at a time in the Core Profile view.
If you have completed multiple assessments for a pupil on the Core Profile screen the ‘Compare with a previous Core Profile’ button will become active. Clicking this will open a dialogue box and you can select the profiles you would like to compare:
Once you click ‘Choose’ this box will close and you will see the pupil’s Core Profile comparison view.
This can be downloaded as printable PDF.
Note: Once you have compared profiles, navigate back to the most recent profile to choose new interventions or generate School and Home reports.
At the bottom of the Plan, Do and Review page you will see a Notes box:
Use this to keep track of any meetings you might have with parents/carers, intervention implementation plans etc. Clicking ‘New note’ will save the note. There’s no limit as to the number of notes you can create.
Once saved, to delete click the bin icon; clicking the pencil icon will allow you to edit the note.
