Please note: only Teacher Admins and the Access Coordinator can make amendments to the account types below them. As such, a Teacher Admin cannot make an amendment to the Access Coordinator account.
First, make sure you are in the green 'Teachers' tab within the Admin Hub. You can make amendments to any teacher account under 'With access', or 'Without access'.
Select the account you wish to edit to highlight them, and then click 'View teacher' on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Alternatively, double click their record:
You can then amend the teacher record:
If your edits include a change to the email address for that account, an email will be sent to the new address and the change won't be made until the user clicks on the generated link within that email to verify the change.
Once you have finished editing the teacher account, click OK to ensure your changes are updated.
