Please note: only the Access Coordinator can access the School tab within the Admin Hub for MARK. If you are currently synced with your MIS, please see our article on making amendments here.
To make any required changes to your year groups for MARK, ensure you are on the 'School' tab within Admin Hub, and then select 'Year groups':
Any active year groups will have a tick in the box next to the name. You select/deselect these as required, as well as amend the name of the year groups. When you've made your amendments, press 'Save'.
If you deactivate a year group, this will not delete any pupil records. Please see our article on how to delete pupil records here.
To make amendments to your classes, ensure you are on the purple 'Classes' tab within Admin Hub. To make an amendment to the class name or description, select a class to highlight it, and select 'View/Edit':
The class-population screen will then appear. At the top, you can amend the class name, as well as the optional description. You can also select and deselect the pupils that belong to this class, if required.
When you're happy with your changes, select 'Save class'.
