Your registered email address
The full name and/or the ISBN of the resources you have purchased
The reference codes from within the books*
*Some of our titles contain a unique reference code that acts as proof of purchase. This is usually found either on the inside front cover page, or on the back of the book.
Providing this information will help us advise you on your query and add your resources as promptly as possible.
Please note, we may need to ask for your invoice or order confirmation number to be sent to us as well, as proof of purchase, before we can add any resources that are missing to your account manually.
