Please note: Before your school can start to use the Shine intervention reports and resources you must be set up with a MARK account. MARK will automatically be added to your basket when you order Shine Reading, Shine GPS or Shine Maths.
There are two ways of getting set up on MARK - manually, or via a sync to your MIS:
Setting up manually by CSV
If you prefer not to or are unable to use one of our MIS-sync options, you can set up MARK manually by adding your pupils via CSV upload.
The below points outline the key steps to setting up MARK manually:

Syncing your MIS with MARK
You can sync your school’s MIS with MARK. It’s free to set up and cuts out the need to add teachers and pupils to MARK manually. The sync will also help keep your records updated throughout the year - as new students join, the sync will add these new pupils for you. We have two ways you can sync your school data with MARK through the Admin Hub:
If your school have a Wonde account, you can connect this to MARK. Wonde supports all major MIS providers, these include: SIMS, RM Integris, ScholarPack, WCBS, Arbor, iSAMS, Progresso, Double First Engage, Facility CMIS, Bromcom, Pupil Asset, Teacher Centre, SchoolBase, SchoolPod, VSware. If you are using Arbor’s Management Information System (MIS) you can connect directly. You can find step-by-step instruction on how to set this up here.
