Assign a resource

    Follow

Before you go to assign a resource you must first check the product has been shared to the pupils accounts.

    Assigning individual resources

You can select individual resources or eBooks from the menu pages within the product (Reading Planet, Cracking Comprehension or Achieve) and assign them to individuals or groups of children. To do this click on the icon by the resource and choose ‘assign test’ or ‘assign this resource’

This brings up the assign resources pop up where you can choose a group or tick individual pupils to assign the resource to:

    Assigning multiple resources

You can use the advanced search function to assign multiple books or resources to pupils. For example, if using Reading Planet and you wanted to assign yellow books specifically, you could search for yellow, then refine your search results. You can do the same in any product you have access to.

Once you have selected your chosen resources you can click 'Assign resources', a pop up will appear for you to again pick either individual pupils or a group from the 'All students' dropdown menu:

How do I send a colleague or pupil a quick link to a resource instead?

You can also send a quick link to a resource by going into the menu pages within the product, click on the icon by the resource, and copy the ‘Links to this resource’ and pasting it into an email or document to then share.

    Can I reassign a book/quiz?

You can reassign any books or quizzes to pupil accounts, just please be aware any scores pupils have previously achieved will be over written if they take a quiz/test again.
