1. Ensure that you are the Wellbeing Access Co-ordinator for your centre.
Only the Access Coordinator has the required permissions to set up the connection with Wonde. If you are not the Access Coordinator, you can find out who holds this role for your centre by logging in to Wellbeing, and hovering over your account dropdown in the top right hand corner:
2) Review the data you currently hold within Wellbeing.
a. Are there any duplicates of users? If so, these should be deleted (please contact our support team for help with this).
b. Are your class names up to date?
c. Are your pupils in the correct year group? If they are not, you may need to promote them.
By reviewing your current data first, this will help to pre-empt any issues that you may encounter when you sync your users.
3) Ensure that your school has a live Wonde account.
If your school does not use Wonde, the Wonde Support Team will be in touch to help you get connected. The request from the Hodder Education Group Admin Hub as described in this setup process triggers its own request to our integration team to get the connection approved, and if there isn't an existing link the Wonde team will get that in place as part of the process.
If you are already connected with Wonde and require support, you can contact the Wonde Support Team via support@wonde.com or 01638 779 144. There is also plenty of helpful guidance within Wonde’s Useful Documents.
