Introduction
The Progress Over Time report lets you review the progress of a particular student, group, or class by charting their Knowledge Test results over a period of time.
Generating a Progress Over Time Report
- Log in to Boost.
- Select View Reports on the main dashboard or the Reports icon on the sidebar.
- Click the Progress Over Time Report tile.
- Select the relevant Boost Course.
- Select the group, class, or student you would like to generate a report for and the timeframe you would like to review.
- Scroll to the bottom of the window to set a manual date range if preferred.
- Click Generate.
Report Overview
The Progress Over Time report is split into two halves.
The top half is a line graph showing the average percentage score for the selected student, class, or group for each date they have taken a Knowledge Test on within the selected timeframe.
Use the buttons to the top left of the graph to favourite the report, share it with another teacher, or download it.
Use the tabs above the graph to switch between a daily, weekly, and monthly view.
Use the button to the top right of the graph to change the class, group, or student.
The bottom half of the report breaks down the average number of attempts and time taken for each Knowledge Test taken within the chosen timeframe, as well as the school and class averages.
Click the magnifying class to search for a specific Knowledge test.
Click the arrow next to a Knowledge Test's name to open it.
Use the toggles on the right to show or hide a a colour-coded heatmap highlighting the average grade boundaries and a comparison of the school averages.
