Introduction
Knowledge Tests are tests and quizzes that your teacher can assign to you. They are taken inside Boost, then auto-marked by the system or sent to your teacher for manual marking.
This article will show you how to find and take a Knowledge Test.
Finding a Knowledge Test You've Been Assigned
If you've been assigned a Knowledge Test by your teacher, then you will receive a notification.
Click the Notifications icon and select the test in the notifications tray to open it.
Alternatively, you can find any Knowledge Tests that have been assigned to you on the My Subjects and Work page under My Work.
Taking a Knowledge Test
To open a Knowledge Test, click on it and select Start.
In the test window you will be able to see how many questions are in the test, how many marks a question is worth, and the number of questions you've completed as a percentage.
Click the question names on the left to switch between questions.
You can click Exit Activity at any time to exist the test and save your answers. You can open the test again to continue where you left off.
To complete a test, navigate to the final question and click Complete at the bottom of the screen. You will not be able to retake the test unless your teacher reassigns it to you.
If the test is auto-marked, then after you click Complete, the test results screen will appear. This will show your total final score and the individual scores for each question, as well as the time taken to complete the test.
You can compare your answers to the correct answers for each questions by clicking Review on the right.
Click Exit Activity to close the test.
To find your results again, go to the Reports dashboard.
