How and where can I renew my existing subscription?
Renewing your existing subscription can be done on our website. We will contact you with plenty of notice that your subscription is due for renewal and give you the links to re-order your title on Boost.
When I renew my subscription where will I access my title, Boost or Dynamic Learning?
When you renew your subscription, you’ll be given access to your title in the new Boost service. However, you will still be able to access your existing data about your students in Dynamic Learning.
I have set students and classes up in Dynamic Learning, will they be there for me in Boost?
When you renew your existing subscription in Boost, the students and classes you have set up will be available to access in Boost.
I have teachers set up in Dynamic Learning, will they be there for me in Boost?

I have other data such as lessons and assessment results on Dynamic Learning, will they be there for me in Boost?
Unfortunately, not all data can be moved to Boost, this includes any lessons that you have created in Dynamic Learning or any assessment results. However, you will still be able to access your Dynamic Learning account to retrieve this data at any time.
Will I still be able to access Dynamic Learning?
If you have had a Dynamic Learning subscription you will still be able to access the Dynamic Learning platform, after you have renewed your subscription in Boost. Data such as assessment results and lessons you created will be stored in Dynamic Learning. This access will remain open for a limited amount of time. Please note that once you have renewed your subscription in Boost, you will only be able to access the learning materials from the Boost platform.
Will other titles be moving to Boost?
Yes! All new titles that we publish will be available directly in Boost and we are in the process of moving over more of our Dynamic Learning titles to Boost too. We will be in touch with you if any of your other subscriptions/titles will move from Dynamic Learning to Boost.
Do I have to request to move to Boost or does it happen automatically?
When you renew your subscription on our website you will be given access to Boost. You will not be able to choose to continue within Dynamic Learning, but you will still be able to access the Dynamic Learning platform to access any existing student data and lessons for example.
When will I need to move to Boost?
You will need to move to Boost when your subscription is due for renewal. We will be in touch about next steps and the renewal process is quick and easy.
Can I renew in Dynamic Learning instead?
If a title and its content have moved to Boost you will only be able to renew your subscription to the new Boost platform. You will still have access to all your previous data within the Dynamic Learning service, but all resources will only be able to be accessed via Boost.
