How do I switch my MIS synching option from Assembly to Xporter?

Please note – if this connection is working as expected you do not need to take any action. The Assembly integration will remain available.

If your school has an existing Assembly connection to Wellbeing that is no longer syncing, the first step is de-authorising this connection. You will need to do this on both Assembly and Wellbeing.

Deauthorise in Assembly: 

You will be required to log in to the Assembly Platform and remove the “Hodder Education Group Admin Hub” app from apps tab as shown below:

Deauthorise in Wellbeing

You will need to log in to the Hodder Education Group Admin Hub and go to  School > MIS user sync > Authorisation, then click the blue “Deauthorise” button on the Assembly icon as shown below:

You might need to refresh the Admin Hub page a couple of times after you’ve done this for that deauthorisation to be reflected.

Xporter supports all major MIS providers, these include: SIMS, Advanced Learning, BromCom, ScholarPack and RM Integris. If you don't have a compatible MIS, you will need to set up Wellbeing manually - you can find guidance on how to do this here.
