My pupil is missing a book

    If your pupil is missing a book from their account, you can first log into the Reports section of Reading Planet to ensure they have been assigned the book. If the book has been assigned successfully it will appear as below, with the option for the teacher to remove the book:

    If the above is correct yet the book is still not in the Pupils account, you will need to check that the library has originally been shared with the pupil. As a teacher you'll be able to click on the 'Share' button beneath Reading Planet and ensure your pupils have been ticked and appear on the right hand list:
