How can I change my password/what do I do if I have forgotten my password?


    If you are registered with an email address, you can request a password reset email at any time by going to the login page, and clicking on 'Forgotten your password?'.


    You will then be sent an email to click on the link within it, to generate a new password. Please remember to check your junk folder, as well as your inbox. 

    If you are signing in with an email address, you are not required to enter your centre ID.

    If you are a student and you are registered with an username, please speak to your teacher/tutor for Boost, as they will be able to confirm or indeed edit the password for your account through the Admin Hub, as well as provide you with your school's Boost centre ID.
