Why can't I log in?
Your login credentials are the same credentials you use to log in to Boost via web browser.
When logging in, make sure your username/email address and password are spelt correctly, with no extra spaces before or after them.
If you're logging in with a username, make sure you are also entering your Centre ID number. This is your school's registration number with Hodder Education. If you're teacher who's unsure of your Centre ID number, ask your Access Coordinator for Boost to look this up for you in the Admin Hub. If you're a student, ask your teacher to do the same.
Alternatively, contact the digital support team.
