Troubleshooting Your MIS Sync
Are you the Access Coordinator for your institution?
Only the Access Coordinator can access the School tab with Admin Hub to manage this process.
Identify which provider you manage your MIS-sync with.
You can manage your MIS sync with Arbor, Wonde, or Xporter. It is important that you know which one you are using when you contact us.
Is it the start of a new academic year?
Have you promoted your pupils yet? If not, try Promoting your pupils first using this advice.
Have you recently changed MIS Providers?
If you have recently changed MIS providers you will need to make sure that you have deauthorised your current connection and selected the option to wipe the MIS IDs as per this guide: Change of MIS System
Failure to do this prior to authorising a new sync can result in the duplication of student accounts.

Are you setting up your MIS-sync for the first time? Automatic Syncing Information
If you are setting up a sync for the first time, you will need to make sure to push a sync through manually to make sure that your data has been moved across into MARK. Once you have done this, your sync should then automatically occur overnight, pulling across any additional data that is added to your MIS system.
It is important to remember that any Student Account that has been created by this overnight sync will be added into the ‘Without Access’ section of the Admin Hub. These accounts will need to have their access granted before you are able to see them in your Marksheets or Reporting tools. Troubleshooting Your Test Data Sharing
Are you having trouble seeing test data in FFT, Xporter, or Arbor? If you wish to share your test data, you must:
- Ensure you have UPNs added for all students, you can either add them manually or use the MIS-sync options.
- Tick the Test Data Sharing buttons in the Manage School area of your Admin Hub for each partner you wish to share test data with as per the below:
- Wait for the sync of test data to take place overnight.

Are you seeing different test data in MARK when comparing to FFT, Xporter, or Arbor?
If you are seeing different test data in MARK and the partner, there are a number of things to check before contacting the digital support team:
- Have you added UPNs for all your students? If any are missing, they won’t appear.
- Have you ticked the Test Data Sharing buttons in the Manage School area of your Admin Hub?
- Have you made any changes to test results e.g. changed marks in the marksheets? You will wait for the data sharing sync to update overnight.
- Did any pupils take their tests out of age range? Only the most recent test results will show.
- Have your students taken more than one test? Only the most recent test results will show.
- Have you waited to for the overnight sync?
Please follow these steps and check again the next day before contacting the Digital Support team.
